Audit trail for locations, resources, etc

Allow admins to see a history of when a location was edited and where it was assigned. Same for other object types.

Use contact name on audit trail instead of username

A person's username is often their email address or internal ID. It would be more readable if the audit trail included a contact name instead of a username.

I am encountering contacts with incomplete or nonexistent audit trails. This would be really helpful to identify a training issue for users who add contacts.

Link to locations and resources in audit trail

When another object such as a location or resource is mentioned in the audit trail, add a link to that object's details page to make it easier to move between them.
